🍨 THE UNTOLD CHAPTER delves into the powerful connection between physical activity and healing journeys.

Welcome, my beautiful reader to The Untold Truth Chapter

Rooted in Motion: How Gardening and Movement Heal My Body and Soul

Some people run miles. Some lift heavy.
Me? I grow strength from the soil and rebuild my body one mindful movement at a time.

My favorite physical activities don’t always look like a gym montage. Sometimes they look like dirt under my nails, early mornings with weights, and listening to my body instead of fighting it. This is how I move now on purpose, with grace, and with healing in mind.

🌱 Gardening as a Physical Act of Love

Planting food is one of my favorite forms of movement. Gardening bends my body gently, strengthens my legs, and reminds my hands they were made to nurture not just survive.

Every seed I plant feels like a promise. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers each one teaching patience, consistency, and care. Gardening isn’t just about food for me. It’s therapy, grounding. It’s proof that slow work still produces abundance.

This physical activity allows me to move without pressure, without comparison, and without rushing my body forward. Just breath, soil, and faith working together.

🏋🏾‍♀️ Morning Workouts: Discipline Over Perfection

Working out is another space where I show up for myself. Early mornings, weights at home, and moving my body with intention have taught me a new definition of strength.

I don’t chase exhaustion.

Be consistency.

I focus on:

  • Building glutes and core strength
  • Supporting circulation and mobility
  • Honoring my limits instead of pushing past them

Some days are powerful. Some days are quiet. Both still count.

Exercise now feels less like punishment and more like gratitude. A thank-you note to a body that keeps going.

🥗 Planting Food, Eating Better, Living Softer

Growing my own food changed how I eat. When you nurture what feeds you, you respect your body more.

I’ve learned to:

  • Choose cleaner, healthier meals
  • Eat with intention, not restriction
  • Listen when my body asks for rest or nourishment

Movement doesn’t stop at workouts. It continues in the kitchen, the garden, and the small daily choices that add up to wellness.

✨ Motivation of the Day

You don’t have to move like everyone else.
Move in ways that love you back.
Your body hears everything you tell it especially kindness.

✨ Bible Verse

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
1 Corinthians 6:19–20

✨ What I Learned

I learned that physical activity doesn’t have to hurt to heal. It can be slow, gentle, intentional, and still powerful. My body thrives when I treat movement as care, not control.
